I use bamboo to manage ~25 PCs in my small computer repair shop. I use it to track repair progress.
I greatly desire an “invoice status” feature, whereby I could flag my invoices with various status indicators. Such indicators might include:
- Open
- Finished (as in done, but not picked up yet)
- Pending approval
- Pending parts
- out of the shop (e.g. being serviced by a 3rd party)
- paid but still open (sometimes clients prepay for services)
- Abandoned (sometimes clients leave old PCs here)
Ideally the list of status flags should be editable on the settings page. Then I could view only “open” invoices without looking at stuff that’s awaiting approval, etc. Akin to this I would also greatly appreciate a priority flag, like
- Critical
- High
- Normal
- Low
For now I assume Derek has his plate quite full :) so I am slowly making these changes myself. I thought I would mention it to see if anyone else could benefit from this, or if Derek has plans to incorporate this. Thank you very much! Cheers!
