      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hello, i have a little problem.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I created a new client and then a new invoice a few weeks back and once I&#8217;d made the invoice and downloaded it I just deleted the client.My problem is that now whenever I email someone a new invoice from within bambooinvoice the deleted clients invoice gets sent instead. Have I done something wrong here or is there a way to clear the cache or something? The invoice that gets sent doesnt show up anywhere within bambooinvoice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, I&#8217;ve looked through pdf.php and view.php and can&#8217;t find the code that these posts refer to. I assume these files have changed in the last couple years.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;ve attached an example of an improperly autogenerated invoice. As you can see, it mishandles the line break as well as replacing special characters and apostrophes with ?s.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;m working in PHP5 (with the DOM extension installed) on a Dreamhost server and haven&#8217;t modified the installation files except for the changes to /bamboo_system_files/application/config/config.php and /bamboo_system_files/application/config/database.php recommended in the system guide.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Unable to load the requested file: custom_validation/clients_contact_validation.php&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In that folder, the only files I have are user_contact_validation.php and clientsection_contact_validation.php.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I installed another version to see if I could rob the above files, but the new installation doesn&#8217;t even have the custom_validation directory. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;m stumped, any ideas?

I started to correct the errors myself but there are a lot of &#8220;byref&#8221; calls in this version of CodeIgniter.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is it possible for you to upgrade BambooInvoice with the latest version of CodeIgniter?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the meantime, I&#8217;m going to invoice with OpenOffice ;)&lt;/p&gt;
